    The beauty of Dinwiddie Lake is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. The Passage Resort at Big Horn is a glorious location to get some rest, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Antelope Butte. The Bighorn Mountains scenery is always beautiful. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Tongue River, and naturally, this is a magnificent region for people who like lakes,  
   Dana Reservoir is a lake around here.
A quick spree to Stockade Creek near Dinwiddie Lake is a great idea; going for a hike along the Dry Fork Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. All the outdoors cool things in the Bighorn Mountains will keep you coming back again and again. Dinwiddie Lake is a tremendous place to camp, North Tongue River Campground is a tremendous place. If only every location had this much outdoors cool stuff,
 
               what a great earth it would be. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can go to Dana Dam. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Dinwiddie Lake has to offer, you can camp at South Tongue Campground.
High temperatures at Dinwiddie Lake during the summertime are in the 90's, and the night is rather cooler of course, usually in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Dinwiddie Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Bighorn Mountains. Really great skiing awaits you at Big Horn Ski, and if the weather is delightful, you can go for a hike along the Little Horn Trail. Dinwiddie Lake is pretty waterless mostly; the month with most of the rain is May; the driest month of the year is February.
