Going for a hike along the Angeline Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Deer Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Circle Park Campground is a tremendous local campground. The Bighorn Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Sheridan-Days Inn is a good choice, and if you came to camp Highland       Park Campground is a pleasant location to do that. Deer Lake is not the only place nearby, Lower Frozen Lake is a nearby lake, and paddling on Tensleep Creek is so much fun. And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do near Deer Lake. If the weather is great here at Deer Lake, you can go for a hike along the Mistymoon Trail. Deer Lake is pretty dehydrated usually; the month of April is the wettest with most of the snow, and February meanwhile is                  the driest month. At Deer Lake through the summertime highs are in the 60's with overnight lows in the 30's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Deer Lake. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Bighorn Mountains.
