If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Tensleep Creek, and it's a wonderful idea to pop by Luman Creek. Dry warm beds await you at The Passage Resort at Big Horn; Deer Draw Reservoir is a great site to visit for more than one day, Cold Springs Campground is a great site to camp nearby. Paint Rock Trail is a magnificent local trail. All through the summer months at Deer Draw Reservoir highs are commonly in the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Deer Draw Reservoir.
