Beautiful Daphne Lake has much to offer visitors. Near Daphne Lake you discover the Slide Lake Trail which is a perfect hiking trail, and on a pretty day you get a fine view of Hunters Hump from Daphne Lake. It is very arid here at Daphne Lake usually; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is February. All through the summer, highs typically are in the 80's at Daphne Lake, and during the night it cools down

| | to the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Daphne Lake are in the 10's.
You'll need more than a day to look at everything Daphne Lake has to offer, you can camp at Circle Up Camper Court Shop, and if you're here at Daphne Lake it's a glorious idea to stop at Bear Basin. and if you come at the right time of year, Green River offers some great whitewater. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wind River Range.
This lake is so wonderful. Bald Mountain Inn is a wonderful site to get some
rest, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Wind River. This lake is so wonderful. Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more exciting things to do here in the Wind River Range.
There's so much to do here at Daphne Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Upper Fremont Lake Campground is a great site for that, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Dubois.
And if that's not sufficient there's
heaps more cool things to do in the Wind River Range. There are fine places to discover along the Clear Creek Trail; lakes are such serene spots, why not stop by Bear Lake.
