If you like the outdoors, you'll fancy Dads Lake. Going for a hike on the Roaring Fork Trail is always a great adventure; you can run the rapids of Wind River. A lake close by is Lost Lake, and tremendous hiking is available along the Slide Lake Trail. You just must like the Wind River Range. The view of Shale Mountain from Dads Lake is scenic, and you can go for a hike on the Whiskey Mountain       Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Rawhide Ranch is a brilliant campground here; there's whitewater on Green River for all you adrenaline kick people. Bald Mountain Inn is a magnificent place to get some rest, and camping at Dads Lake is great fun, Circle Up Camper Court Shop is a great local campground. Dads Lake is pretty waterless regularly; June is the wettest month with most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. High temperatures at                  Dads Lake all through the warm days of summer are in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Dads Lake. Dads Lake is one of the lakes here in the Wind River Range.
