Dads Lake is located in the Wind River Range. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Wind River Range. Stay the night at Circle Up Camper Court Shop, and if you come at the right time of year, Green River offers some good whitewater. That right there is loads of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Wind River Range has it       all. Sandra Lake is a great lake near Dads Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Wind River. Around Dads Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Have a fine hiking adventure along the Slide Lake Trail, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Pinedale Inn                  is a nice choice. If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great world it would be. There's so much to do here at Dads Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Longhorn RV & Motel is a perfect place for that; hiking along the Whiskey Mountain Trail is great fun. All through the summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Dads Lake. Summer night lows descend down to the 40's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Dads Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. Lakes? Sure, Lost Lake is close by; do take a hike on the Roaring Fork Trail.
