Cub Lake really is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. There's so much to do here at Cub Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Circle Up Camper Court Shop is a pleasant location for that, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Dry Creek Trail. During the months of summer here at Cub Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's with overnight lows in the       40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Cub Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. Cub Lake is pretty dried out generally; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is February. The Wind River Range scenery is always beautiful. Cub Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Trails End Campground is a tremendous local campground, and dry warm beds await you                  at Ramshorn Inn Bar & Lounge. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out close by Don Lake; you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Ink Wells Trail. This place, the Wind River Range, has so much outdoors amusing stuff. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Wind River Range. Wind River is a wonderful whitewater spot close to Cub Lake, and if the weather is splendid, you can go for a hike along the Glacier Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
