There's wonderful hiking along the Oregon Trail - Lander Cutoff; why not camp at Cottonwood Lake Campground while you're here at Crystal Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Smiths Fork Greys River Stock Driveway, and camping at Crystal Lake is good fun, Middle Piney Lake Campground is a good local campground. After a long day outdoors Hi Country Inn       is a good location to spend a night or two. The Wyoming Range Trail offers hiking at its best, and Mountain Inn Resort is a good place to get some rest. At Crystal Lake during the days of summer highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Crystal Lake.
