Beautiful Crazy Lakes has much to offer visitors. But wait, there's more to do next to Crazy Lakes. Crazy Lakes is great enough to spend more than a day at, Fox Creek Campground is a great local campground; why not take a little spree to Farley Creek since you're here. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Lake Reno Trail. Do explore Little Molar

| | Lake near Crazy Lakes, it's a gorgeous lake, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Crazy Lakes Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Rock Island Butte can be made out from Crazy Lakes. There's so much to do here at Crazy Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Crazy Creek Campground is a tremendous place for that. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Crazy Lakes; through the month of June you get the most rain around | |

here, and the driest of the months is October. Crazy Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Absaroka Range.
Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more cool things to do here in the Absaroka Range. There are some nice
whitewater spots on Clarks Fork Yellowstone; a wonderful close by hotel is Yodeler Motel. This lake is so wonderful. And if that's not sufficient there's plenty more enjoyable things to do in the Absaroka Range. You'll hit upon a
beautiful lake called Lake of the Clouds near Crazy Lakes, and if the weather is delightful, you can go for a hike along the Crazy Mountain Trail.
For the period of the warmest time of the year here at Crazy Lakes, high temperatures
commonly reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 30's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while Crazy Lakes nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's.
