Many people like to go to Crater Lake. It is very dry here at Crater Lake usually; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and August is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Coal Creek Campground since you're here at Crater Lake, and do take a hike on the Phillips Canyon Trail. While staying at Crater Lake you could always explore Glory Slide, and hiking along the Taylor Mountain Trail is glorious fun.

| | Get yourself into a kayak and hit Snake River. This place, Crater Lake, it completely has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Middle Fork Cut Off Trail, and North Fork Trail Creek is next to Crater Lake and is always a delight to explore. after a long day outdoors Hotel Terra is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. High temperatures at Crater Lake all through the summer months are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. Daytime
highs throughout the winter are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Crater Lake. This lake is so wonderful. This is a popular spot for people from Jackson; if you need a location to stay Inn at Jackson Hole is a nice choice. Trail Creek Campground is a good local campground, and the snow is nice at Snow King.
