a striking lake. Crane Lake is one of the lakes here in the Absaroka Range. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is pleasant here at Crane Lake, you can go for a hike along the Clay Butte Trail, and splendid skiing awaits
you at Red Lodge Mountain. Now, you may believe that's loads but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Crane Lake. Top Of The World Campground is a splendid local campground, and while you're here you can take a hike along the
Beartooth Highlakes Trail. Going for a hike along the Beauty Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Clarks Fork Yellowstone River.
