The beauty of Lake of the Crags attracts many people from all around. That right there is lots already, but it carries on; Lake of the Crags has it all. In the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ditch Creek; after a long day outdoors Alpenhof Lodge is a good place to spend a night or two. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Gros Ventre River; a glorious nearby hotel is Snake River Lodge And Spa.

| | A trip to Grand Teton National Park is recommended, and no need to travel far to stop by attention-grabbing stuff like Ice Point. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lake of the Crags that you need to camp here for a while, Jenny Lake Campground is a fine place for that, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Cascade Canyon Trail. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Lake of the Crags, and the night is a little cooler of course, | |

typically in the 40's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake of the Crags temperatures drop to the 0's.
Lake of the Crags gets very little rain; most
of the rain falls through May; the driest of the months is August. If you came to camp Teton Campground is a wonderful place to do that; if you're here you can take a hike along the Hidden Falls Horse Trail. You're perhaps interested
in lakes, Arrowhead Pool is one of those nearby; the cheerful folks of Jackson like to hang out close by.
This lake is so wonderful. If you're here, you might as well pop by Cascade Canyon, and the skiing at Snow King is splendid.
Broken Falls is a good local attraction; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Jackson Hole is pretty near. And that's not all you can do here at Lake of the Crags. On a glorious day at Lake of the Crags you can take a hike along the Paintbrush Canyon Trail; from Lake of the Crags you get a tremendous sight of The Jaw.
