    Beautiful Copper Lakes has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Lodgepole Trail, and Yodeler Motel is a fine place to get some rest. A brilliant place to camp here at Copper Lakes is Newton Creek Campground, and on a gorgeous day you get a perfect view of Stinkingwater Peak from Copper Lakes. The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful.

   Copper Creek is close to Copper Lakes and is always a pleasure to explore. All the outdoors amusing things in the Absaroka Range will keep you coming back many times. Going for a hike on the Papoose Trail is always a perfect adventure; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Shoshone River - North Fork.
Yeah, come up here to the Absaroka Range for a pleasant time. There's whitewater on Crandall Creek for all you adrenaline
 
               junkies, and camping at Rex Hale Campground is always a tremendous experience. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are really bountiful here at Copper Lakes. Lakes? Sure, Sulphur Lake is close by, and pleasant hiking is available along the Blackwater Trail. Summer at Copper Lakes comes with high temperatures in the 70's while overnight lows are usually in the 30's. Highs during the wintertime are commonly in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Copper Lakes sink into the 0's.
From a rain point of view Copper Lakes is a quite normal spot; June is when you get the most rain here, and October on the other hand is the driest.
