At Cony Lake you don’t see much rain; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while February is commonly the driest month. Throughout the summertime, highs frequently are in the 80's at Cony Lake. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Cony       Lake temperatures sink to the 10's. Just can't get enough of the Wind River Range. Take a hike on the C M Trail, and the Whiskey Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Green River, and you'll hit upon a scenic lake called Cliff Lake. Man, is there plenty of exciting things to do close to Cony Lake.
