Don't leave Columbus Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Lincoln Trail, and do go to Lone Tree Creek since you're here at Columbus Reservoir. High temperatures at Columbus Reservoir throughout the summer months are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's with                  temperatures at Columbus Reservoir dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. Columbus Reservoir is pretty dehydrated frequently; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
