This lake is one of the great places here in the Wind River Range. Nearby lakes? Sure, Marion Lake is next to Cliff Lake, and Green River has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot nearby. Cliff Lake really is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Jakeys Fork Trail. There's so much to do here at Cliff Lake that you need to camp here for       a while, Circle Up Camper Court Shop is a good site for that. This lake is so wonderful. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The Wind River Range rocks! The Whiskey Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Pinedale Inn is a good place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something close to Cliff Lake? Alice Lake is close by; if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can                  always go whitewater paddling on Wind River. For the duration of the days of summer here at Cliff Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 80's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 40's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Cliff Lake through the wintertime typically plunge into the 10's. Cliff Lake is pretty dry ordinarily; June is the month that gets the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. Now, you may believe that's plenty but there's even more exciting things to do here in the Wind River Range. Cliff Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Longhorn RV & Motel is a good local campground, and Super 8 Motel - Dubois is a fine place to get some rest.
