Cirque Lake is typically a rather arid location; May is the month that gets the most rain while December is mostly the driest month. Through the warmest time of the year, highs frequently are in the 80's at Cirque Lake. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Cirque Lake drop into the       10's. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Cirque Lake. Go for a hike on the Shadow Lake Trail, and there's whitewater on Bull Lake Creek for all you thrill seekers. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here, you might as well take a look at Jackass Pass, and Dickinson Creek Campground is a brilliant campground nearby. All the outdoors cool things in the Wind River Range will keep you coming back repeatedly. Good hiking is                  available along the Bears Ears Trail; Big Sandy Campground is a brilliant local campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Wind River Range. The peak of Bair Peak can be observed from Cirque Lake, and if you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Pronghorn Lodge is a great choice. This lake is located in the wonderful Wind River Range. Don't leave Cirque Lake without first going for a hike along the Big Sunday Trail, and Black Joe Lake is a magnificent lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
