In Wyoming there are many beautiful lakes, Christmas Lake is one of them. Tibbs Butte is clearly visible from Christmas Lake, and going for a hike on the Custer National Forest Trail is always a brilliant adventure. Summertime at Christmas Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's while night lows are frequently in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's while Christmas Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's.

| | Any time is a great time at Christmas Lake if you love the outdoors. On a glorious day at Christmas Lake you can take a hike along the Beartooth Loop National Recreation Trail; hey, Gotta ski right? Red Lodge Mountain is a great site to do that.

Lake called the Morrison Trail, and not far from Christmas Lake you'll locate Greenough Lake which is a charming lake.
Christmas Lake gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest
month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Red Lodge is a pleasant place to spend a night or two. Christmas Lake is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka Range.
Having a brilliant
time in the Absaroka Range is painless. Buena Vista Campground is a good local campground, and a tremendous nearby hotel is Yodeler Motel.
