The beauty of Chris Lake attracts many people from all around. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Boulder Creek, and if you came for an overnight stay Scab Creek Campground is a glorious place to camp. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wind River Range. Dry warm beds await you at Boulder Inn. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Chris Lake, and throughout the night it cools down to

| | the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Chris Lake dipping down into the-10's throughout winter nights.
So many entertaining things to do here at Chris Lake, too wonderful to be true. The Horseshoe Lake Trail offers hiking at its best; a lake close by is Cross Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Yep, outdoors cool stuff truly is plentiful here in the Wind River Range. A visit to Chris Lake wouldn't be complete without
taking a look at North Fork Falls, and don't leave Chris Lake without first going for a hike along the Lake Ethel Trail. Camping at Chris Lake is brilliant fun, Boulder Campground is a brilliant local campground; there's whitewater on Pole Creek for all you adrenaline people. This lake is located in the wonderful Wind River Range.
