Case Reservoir is a location that is relatively dried up commonly; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most       rain; the driest month is January. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Buffalo is a nice choice. There's so much to do here at Case Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Crazy Woman Campground is a magnificent site for that. Case Reservoir truly is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. Going for a hike along the Bozeman Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and Case Dam is stunning. Why not                  stop at close by Pole Creek while you're here at Case Reservoir; get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Powder River - North Fork. Lakes are such serene places, why not visit Pole Creek Irrigation Reservoir next to Case Reservoir; a fine spot for whitewater paddling is Clear Creek. Throughout the warmest time of the year here at Case Reservoir, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. All through the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 30's with temperatures at Case Reservoir dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful.
