Calvin Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is one of the great places here in the Bighorn Mountains. There's so much to do here at Calvin Lake that you need to camp here for a while, East Woodrock Campground is a nice place for that. Through the long summer days at Calvin Lake highs are frequently in the 60's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. During the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights

| | at Calvin Lake are in the 0's. Calvin Lake gets very little rain; of all the months in a year April is the one with the most snow, and the driest month of the year is February. If the weather is perfect here at Calvin Lake, you can go for a hike along the Adelaide Trail, and float down the rapids of Shell Creek in a kayak. Lake. This spot, the Bighorn Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting stuff. On a pleasant day at Calvin Lake you can take a hike along the Wolf Creek Trail, and get drenched paddling on Tongue River. If you adore the outdoors
you'll adore it here in the Bighorn Mountains. There's some flowing water nearby, Mohawk Creek is a stream you can check out during your stay; skiing at Antelope Butte is one of those things you just have to do. This lake is so wonderful.
You might want to pay a visit to Woodchuck Pass since you're here at Calvin Lake; there is a good hiking trail nearby called the Edelman Trail. Just can't get enough of Calvin Lake. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go
skiing at Big Horn Ski if you're here, and dry warm beds await you at Alamo Motel Sheridan. This lake is so wonderful. The Passage Resort at Big Horn is a delightful place to get some rest; if you came to camp West Woodrock Campground is a pleasant place to do that.
