The High Line Trail offers hiking at its best, and there are plenty of people from Evanston here at Byrne Reservoir. Summertime at Byrne Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Byrne Reservoir. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Evanston       is a nice choice, and Blacks Fork - East Fork has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot nearby. What a place this is for outdoors people. There's some attention-grabbing stuff to spot at Byrne Dam close to Byrne Reservoir; West Muddy Creek is near Byrne Reservoir and is always a bliss to check out. There's so much to do here at Byrne Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Little Lyman Lake Campground is a pleasant place for that, and hiking is                  a popular thing to do around Byrne Reservoir; Bear River Smiths Fork Trail is a pleasant local trail. If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Blacks Fork - West Fork; there are other sites here than Byrne Reservoir, for example Piedmont Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Byrne Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Meeks Cabin Campground, and Little Peidmont Reservoir is a wonderful lake nearby.
