For the period of the summer months at Byrne Reservoir temperatures are regularly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and nighttime lows through the winter for Byrne Reservoir tend to be in the 0's. Beaver Lake is a fine lake close to Byrne Reservoir, and there are some splendid whitewater spots on Blacks Fork - East       Fork. Byrne Reservoir gets very little rain; the wettest month of the year is generally September, that's the one that rains the most while January is mostly the driest month. Byrne Reservoir is a good location to camp, Meeks Cabin Campground is a good location; dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn. Going for a hike on the High Line Trail is always a great adventure. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Byrne Reservoir has to                  offer, you can camp at Little Lyman Lake Campground, and a spree to Byrne Reservoir wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Cold Spring. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! Byrne Reservoir is unbeatable! There is a wonderful hiking trail close to Byrne Reservoir called the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail, and you can take a little trip to Byrne Dam if you're here at Byrne Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
