     Buffalo Bill Reservoir is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay The Cody is a brilliant choice, and get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Shoshone River. Buffalo Bill Reservoir gets very little rain; most of the rain falls during May, and December is when it's the driest. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the Absaroka Range has to offer. Don't leave Buffalo Bill Reservoir without first  
   paying a visit to Buffalo Bill Reservoir Springs, and Buffalo Bill Reservoir is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, TK's RV Park is a brilliant local campground.
You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Buffalo Bill Reservoir. Take a hike on the Trout Creek Trail. Hiking along the Table Mountain Trail is delightful fun. There's so much to do here at Buffalo Bill Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Yellowstone
 
               Valley Inn is a brilliant site for that. A great nearby hotel is Cody Cowboy Village; a great place for whitewater paddling is Clarks Fork Yellowstone River.
At Buffalo Bill Reservoir through the summertime months highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the winter at Buffalo Bill Reservoir temperatures drop to the 10's. The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful.
