    The beauty of Buck Springs Reservoir is reason enough to stop by. An average amount of rainfall falls at Buck Springs Reservoir; throughout May this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Stay the night at Becks Alpine Motel Campground, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Rock Creek. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Absaroka Range. Why not take a refreshing  
   hike along the Custer National Forest Trail, and if you need a place to stay Yodeler Motel is a great choice.
There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and dry warm beds await you at Lupine Inn Red Lodge. Through the days of summer highs here at Buck Springs Reservoir get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Buck
 
               Springs Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Buck Springs Reservoir is a nice site to camp, Perrys RV Park and Campground is a nice site, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can check out Buck Springs Detention Dam.
Buck Springs Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka Range. Be careful coming to Buck Springs Reservoir, you might not ever wanna go home again.
