    Brown Number 1 Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at WESTERN MOTEL. There's so much to do here at Brown Number 1 Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Green Oasis Campground is a perfect place for that. Budget Host Wheels Inn is a wonderful place to get some rest, and you can stay the night at Five Springs Campground. If you get bored of Brown Number 1 Reservoir,  
   you could also go to close by Brown Number 2 Reservoir, and why not have a look at Bethurem Dam while you're here.
The warmest time of the year at Brown Number 1 Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Would recommend this place! Very dry, little cover so you are out in the hot sun. Fire restrictions, little water in Brown's spring and Cow Creek was dry. Very difficult to get to- horrible roads....
