The beauty of Brook Lake is reason enough to stop by. That right there is loads of entertaining stuff already but it goes on, the Wind River Range has it all. While you're here at Brook Lake it's a great idea to take a look at Gypsum Park, and why not camp at The Narrows Campground while you're here at Brook Lake. Brook Lake gets very little precipitation; the month with most of the snow is January, and July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.

| | Take a hike on the Warm Springs Trail, and drift down the rapids of Green River in a kayak. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Wind River Range. Roaring Fork flows through this area; after a long day outdoors Sawmill is a perfect site to spend a night or two. For the duration of the days of summer, highs mostly are in the 70's at Brook Lake while overnight lows are usually in the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down | |

to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Brook Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Lakeside Trail; a nice close by hotel is The Sawmill Lodge. If only every place had this
much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great world it would be. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Boulder Creek; camping is available at Whiskey Grove Campground. Brook Lake is a beautiful lake in the Wind River Range.
From Brook Lake you acquire a good vista of Little Sheep Mountain, and the South Gypsum Trail offers hiking at its best.
