     Have a great hiking adventure along the Icy Hill Dugway, and there are other locations here than Briggs Reservoir, for example Middle Reservoir. Stay the night at Flaming Gorge KOA Camping Reso, and Silt Reservoir is a great lake nearby. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Briggs Reservoir. Not much rain falls here at Briggs Reservoir; the wettest month of the year is typically May, that's the one that rains  
   the most, and February is the month with the least moisture.
Dry warm beds await you at Little America Hotel, and going for a hike along the Uinta Highline Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. For the duration of the summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Briggs Reservoir. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while Briggs Reservoir nighttime low temperatures
 
               through the winter are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Briggs Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Gorge Flaming Koa Kampgrounds, and if you crave a little side trip, try Logan Hollow.

Chepeta is a very hit or miss lake.  Fishing can be absolutely dead one day and sweet the next.  The water was crazy low two summers ago and there may not even be a lot of fish left unless they've planted it since.  Worth the trip though -- if one lake is cold another will be hot....
