At Briggs Reservoir you don’t see much rainfall; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is January. While you're here at Briggs Reservoir you can take a hike along the Canyon Road Trail, and why not stop by Briggs Dam since you're here. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Briggs Reservoir. Briggs Reservoir is good enough to spend       more than a day at, Lucerne Valley Campground is a good local campground. Camping at Gorge Flaming Koa Kampgrounds is always a tremendous experience, and a cool spot to have a look at is Big Bend. Nearby lakes? Sure, Buckboard Reservoir is in the neighborhood of Briggs Reservoir; a nice nearby hotel is Vacation Inn. For the period of the days of summer here at Briggs Reservoir, high temperatures typically get into the 80's; the overnight is a bit colder                  of course, regularly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Briggs Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
