     Bog Lakes is always a pleasure to visit. Bog Lakes is a location that is reasonably dried out typically; through the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Dubois is a fine choice, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Wind River. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Bog Lakes is good fun, Circle Up Camper Court Shop  
   is a good local campground; don't leave Bog Lakes without first going for a hike along the Twilight Creek Trail.
If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Absaroka Range. Why not camp at Double Cabin Campground if you're here at Bog Lakes, and if you want to pop by some attention-grabbing stuff, pop by Lincoln Point. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Bog Lakes. A brilliant close by hotel is The Sawmill Lodge, and Boedeker Butte is a
 
               peak you can observe from Bog Lakes. Going for a hike on the Parque Creek Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and get your pulse rate up on the brilliant whitewater of Wind River - East Fork.
This place, the Absaroka Range, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Go for a hike on the Burroughs Creek Trail. Summertime highs at Bog Lakes generally tend to be in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Bog Lakes sink into the 10's. Bog Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka Range.
