Bob Lakes is a lake worth visiting. The Wind River Range scenery is always beautiful. Just can't get enough of Bob Lakes. There's so much to do here at Bob Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Longhorn RV & Motel is a good place for that, and if you get bored of Bob Lakes you could also check out close by Native Lake. Around Bob Lakes you don’t get a lot of precipitation; during June this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February.

| | This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Wind River offers some pleasant whitewater; Grassy Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. Throughout the warm days of summer here at Bob Lakes, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's. Summer night lows descend down to the 40's. Creek Campground is a perfect place to do that, and nearby you stumble on Indian Pass which is a great location to stop at.
That right there is a load of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Wind River Range has it all.
Go for a hike on the Ink Wells Trail, and Super 8 Motel - Dubois is a great location to get some rest. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Wind River Range. Going for a hike on the Dry
Creek Trail is always a good adventure. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Bull Lake Creek, and don't leave Bob Lakes without first going for a hike along the Dinwoody Trail.
