The Wind River Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. This location, the Wind River Range, has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Dubois is a pleasant site to spend a night or two; paddling on Green River is so much fun. While you're here at Blanket Lakes you can take a hike along the Geyser Creek Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Pinedale       Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Cabin Creek; get drenched paddling on Wind River. Lakes? Sure, Simpson Lake is close at hand, and if you came for an overnight stay Circle Up Camper Court Shop is a great site to camp. This site is unbeatable, just look at all the enjoyable stuff to do right next door to Blanket Lakes. There are other places here than Blanket Lakes, for example Grass Lake, and going for a hike along the                  Moon Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Summer at Blanket Lakes arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's while Blanket Lakes overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 10's. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Wind River Range. Longhorn RV & Motel is a tremendous local campground, and if the weather is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Whiskey Mountain Trail.
