Black Stone Lake is located in the Absaroka Range. Stay the night at Long Lake Campground, and there are some good whitewater spots on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River. Throughout the days of summer, highs generally are in the 70's at Black Stone Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 30's. All through the winter highs are regularly in the 20's while Black Stone Lake night       low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. This is a wonderful vicinity for people who like lakes. Daphnia Lake is a lake close by; why not take a refreshing hike along the Beartooth Loop National Recreation Trail. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll go for Black Stone Lake. Take a hike on the Morrison Trail; if you fancy a little side spree, try Beartooth Pass. Skiing at Red Lodge Mountain is one of those things you just should                  do, and after a long day outdoors Yodeler Motel is a glorious site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Buena Vista Campground is a glorious campground nearby; if you need a location to stay Comfort Inn Red Lodge is a pleasant choice. Be careful coming to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever want to go back home again. Hiking along the Lewis and Clark Trail is brilliant fun, and you can distinguish Quintuple Peaks from Black Stone Lake. Yeah, come up here to the Absaroka Range for a glorious time. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Losekamp Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Clarks Fork Yellowstone River.
