Super 8 Hardin is a tremendous place to get some rest, and a tremendous place to go to close by is Bighorn Canyon. Why not camp at Cottonwood Camp if you're here at Bighorn Lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Bighorn Lake; Three Springs Trail is a tremendous local trail. At Bighorn Lake throughout       the long summer days highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are typically in the 30's, and overnight lows during the winter for Bighorn Lake tend to be in the 0's. Do take a look at Powerhouse Yellowtail Dam while you're here at Bighorn Lake, and a beautiful lake like Bighorn Lake is a wonderful location to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Do go to Yellowtail Afterbay Reservoir                  in close proximity to Bighorn Lake, it's a charming lake. If only every place had this much outdoors cool things, what a great world it would be. Don't leave Bighorn Lake without first paying a visit to 1 Spring 06S30E13DDC, and the Burnt Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. If time allows, Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area is a national park worth visiting; magnificent hiking is available along the Soldier Trail.
