    If you are in this part of Wyoming make sure to pay a visit to Big Moose Lake. High temperatures at Big Moose Lake during the days of summer are in the 70's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 30's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Big Moose Lake. Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more cool things to do here in the Absaroka Range. Have a great hiking adventure  
   along the Crazy Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Clarks Fork Yellowstone River right next door to Big Moose Lake, and skiing at Red Lodge Mountain is one of those things you just have to do.
And if that's not enough there's a heap more amusing stuff to do in the Absaroka Range. Crazy Creek Campground is a magnificent campground nearby, and why not explore close by Hemingway Creek while you're here at Big Moose Lake. An
 
               average amount of rainfall falls at Big Moose Lake; most of the rain falls all through June; October meanwhile is the driest month. The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful.
A lake nearby is Crazy Lakes; since you're here you can take a hike along the Lake Reno Trail. If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Big Moose Lake. Hiking along the Crazy Lakes Trail is wonderful fun, and there's whitewater on Clarks Fork Yellowstone for all you adrenaline rush seekers. You could also stop by Shrew Lake since you're here at Big Moose Lake; it's nearby, and Big Moose Lake is a pleasant site to visit for more than one day, Lake Creek Campground is a pleasant site to camp nearby.
