There's whitewater on Blacks Fork - East Fork for all you adrenaline people; there are plenty of people from Evanston here at Beaver Lake. At Beaver Lake you don’t see much precipitation; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain while January is commonly the driest month. Take a side journey to Horse Creek, and going for a hike on the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail is always a good adventure. Now, you may       believe that's plenty but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Beaver Lake. Go for a hike on the High Line Trail, and Beaver Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Meeks Cabin Campground is a pleasant local campground. If you need a location to stay Comfort Inn Evanston is a magnificent choice. This lake is so wonderful. There are some fine whitewater spots on Blacks Fork - West Fork, and don't leave Beaver Lake without first going for a hike along                  the Emigrant Trail. Summertime highs at Beaver Lake generally tend to be in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Beaver Lake.
