     East Fork Horse Ranch Creek is right next door to Beaton Reservoir and is always a diversion to stop by, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Ramkota Hotel is a fine choice. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Casper Koa North is a magnificent spot to camp; during your tour here you'll meet some people from Casper for sure. Dry warm beds await you at CASPER HILTON GARDEN INN; a lake nearby is John Beaton Reservoir. If you're  
   interested in hydro structures, you can go to John Beaton Dam, unsurprisingly you could also have a look at Branton Ditch Reservoir while you're here; it's not far at all.
All the outdoors exciting things close to Beaton Reservoir will keep you coming back persistently. Why not camp at Antelope Run Campground since you're here at Beaton Reservoir. Beaton Reservoir is pretty arid commonly; during the month of May you get the most rain around here, and February
 
               is when it's the driest. High temperatures at Beaton Reservoir throughout the warm days of summer are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
