    What a nice lake Bear Lake is. Having a fine time in the Bighorn Mountains is simple. There are fine spots to explore along the Mistymoon Trail. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun things the Bighorn Mountains has to offer. Do set aside some time for Deer Park if you're here at Bear Lake, and Bear Lake is in the vicinity of Warner Draw which is without doubt worth a visit. It is very dry here at Bear Lake commonly; throughout the month of April  
   you get the most snow around here, and February is the month with the least moisture.
This lake is so wonderful. There are some splendid whitewater spots on Paintrock Creek, and you can stay the night at Lake View Campground. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Tensleep Creek, and don't leave Bear Lake without first going for a hike along the Main Paint Rock Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Bighorn Mountains.

               is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. It's a brilliant idea to take a look at Middle Tensleep Creek, it's next to Bear Lake; there's fine hiking along the Cliff Lake Trail. Island Park Campground is a wonderful campground here, and what would winter be without some skiing at Big Horn Ski. Through the warmest time of the year at Bear Lake highs are commonly in the 60's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. Through the wintertime highs are generally in the 20's; night lows during the wintertime for Bear Lake tend to be in the 0's.
