Do stop by Bear Lake while you're in this part of Wyoming. Bear Lake is a beautiful lake in the Bighorn Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Cliff Lake Trail is always a good adventure. Lakes? Sure, West Tensleep Lake is in close proximity. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Bighorn Mountains. Island Park Campground is a good local campground, and a pleasant visit to Deer Park is a great way to spend an afternoon. This lake is so wonderful.

| | This place, Bear Lake, it completely has so much outdoors fun stuff. There's some flowing water close by, Middle Tensleep Creek is a stream you can visit during your stay; glide down the rapids of Paintrock Creek in a kayak. High temperatures at Bear Lake during the warmest time of the year are in the 60's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 30's. Lake. Warner Draw is close to Bear Lake and is definitely a brilliant place to pop by; the slopes of Big Horn Ski are so inviting noone can resist. It is very waterless here at Bear Lake generally; April is when you get the most
snow here, and the driest month of the year is February. Lake View Campground is a fine campground nearby, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the Mistymoon Trail. All the outdoors cool things in the Bighorn Mountains
will keep you coming back again and again. Near Bear Lake you discover the Main Paint Rock Trail which is a great hiking trail, and paddling on Tensleep Creek is so much fun.
