    What a nice lake Bard Lake is. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Cliff Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and probably you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Spear Lake is just a very short distance away. Very striking scenery and wonderful skiing is what you get at Antelope Butte; Black Tooth Mountain is easy to spot from Bard Lake. And that's not everything you can do here in the Bighorn Mountains. You'll need  
   more than a day to explore everything Bard Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lake Geneva Campground, and you're possibly hooked on lakes, Loomis Lake is one of those nearby.
You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area in the neighborhood of Bard Lake has to offer. On a wonderful day at Bard Lake you can take a hike along the Solitude Trail, and you can run the rapids of Tensleep Creek. This lake is one of the great places here in
 
               the Bighorn Mountains. For the period of the months of summer highs here at Bard Lake reach the 60's with nighttime lows in the 30's. Through the wintertime the highs are usually in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Bard Lake.
If the weather is brilliant here at Bard Lake, you can go for a hike along the Mistymoon Trail; you can stay the night at Highland Park Campground. At Bard Lake you don’t see much rain; the month of April is the wettest with most of the snow, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Just can't get enough of the Bighorn Mountains.
