Go for a hike on the Sweeney Creek Trail, and if you came to camp Trails End Campground is a great location to do that. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wind River Range. Going for a hike on the Pole Creek Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and a great nearby hotel is Hampton Inn Suites Pinedale. Not far from Barbara Lake, you'll stumble on Eklund Lake which is a delightful lake,       and from Barbara Lake you get a glorious sight of Photographers Point. Barbara Lake is one of the lakes here in the Wind River Range. Through the summer at Barbara Lake highs are commonly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Barbara Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Barbara Lake rules!                  Boulder Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby, and camping at Upper Half Moon Campground is always a glorious experience. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is bountiful here in the Wind River Range. Lakes? Sure, Two Top Lakes is in close proximity; if you need a place to stay Best Western Pinedale Inn is a wonderful choice. Barbara Lake gets very little rain; June is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
