In Wyoming there are many beautiful lakes, Baldy Lakes is one of them. Baldy Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Wind River Range. There's whitewater on Boulder Creek for all you thrill seekers, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Cook Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Amerihost Inn Pinedale is a nice choice, and a perfect site to camp here at Baldy Lakes is Boulder Campground. of this region; a visit to Bald Mountain Basin invigorates the soul. Throughout the days of summer at Baldy Lakes highs are ordinarily in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. All through the wintertime highs
are usually in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Baldy Lakes.
Baldy Lakes gets very little precipitation; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least
amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. A good nearby hotel is Rivera Lodge, and there are other places here than Baldy Lakes, for example Bell Lakes.
Why not camp at Boulder Lake Campground if you're here at Baldy Lakes, and there are some good whitewater spots on Pole Creek.
