It's always fun to stop by Bailey Lake. At Bailey Lake you don’t see much rainfall; May is the wettest month with most rain while February is generally the driest month. Elbow Campground is a perfect local campground, and of course, all our national parks are brilliant places to explore and Grand Teton National Park is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. There are pleasant sites to explore along the Stewart Trail; if you came for an overnight stay East Elbow Campground is a splendid location to camp. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Bailey Lake with overnight lows in the 40's. to stay Snow King Resort Hotel is a great choice; don't leave Bailey Lake without first going for a hike along the High Line Trail. Very gorgeous scenery and nice skiing is what you get at Snow King, and if you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Snake River.
