It's always fun to stop by Austin Reservoir. Austin Reservoir is right next door to Heber Dam which is a beautiful place beyond doubt worth going to, and the smiling people of Evanston like to hang out nearby. Austin Reservoir gets very little
precipitation; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is January. This lake is so wonderful. Best Western Dunmar Inn is a brilliant place to get some rest. For the period of the warm months
at Austin Reservoir highs are frequently in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are mostly in the 30's while Austin Reservoir overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's.
