Lake Arden is one of the lakes here in the Bighorn Mountains. At Lake Arden you don’t see much rain; the wettest month of the year is commonly April, that's the one that snows the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the summer, highs frequently are in the 60's at Lake Arden. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and throughout       the dark hours in the winter at Lake Arden temperatures plunge to the 0's. Don't leave Lake Arden without first going for a hike along the North High Park Trail, and a beautiful lake like Adelaide Lake is a great place to go to. Man, is there lots of cool things to do in the Bighorn Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at The Passage Resort at Big Horn; why not camp at Medicine Lodge Lake Campground while you're here at Lake Arden. Having a great time at Lake                  Arden is easy. A pleasant place to camp here at Lake Arden is Upper Paint Rock Lake Campground, and you can go for a hike on the Edelman Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Wingate by Wyndham Sheridan WY is a good choice, and lovely scenery and fine skiing is what you acquire at Antelope Butte. So many entertaining things to do here in the Bighorn Mountains, too nice to be true. Lakes are such serene spots, why not go to Mud Lake near Lake Arden; hey, Gotta ski right? Big Horn Ski is a great site to do that. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Paintrock Creek, and why not a little side visit to Buckley Creek. This lake is so wonderful.
