Dry warm beds await you at Sage & Sand Motel, and why not check out Antelope Dam while you're here. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Antelope Reservoir, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's while Antelope Reservoir night low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the       Elkhorn Stock Driveway, and if you came to camp Haskins Creek Campground is a glorious site to do that. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Encampment River. There's so much to do here at Antelope Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Jack Creek Campground is a glorious site for that. Buck Draw is a perfect place to look at, and some close by water includes Cherokee Creek. Antelope Reservoir                  is regularly a reasonably dry place; May is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Any time is a glorious time at Antelope Reservoir if you love the outdoors.
