If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Wind River Range. At Ann Lake during the summertime highs are in the 80's with night lows in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Ann Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Around Ann Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; June is when you get the most rain here, and the       driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Super 8 Motel - Dubois is a magnificent choice, and you can have a nice hiking adventure along the C M Trail. Why not camp at Longhorn RV & Motel since you're here at Ann Lake; get yourself into a kayak and hit Wind River - East Fork. Best Western Pinedale Inn is a perfect spot to get some rest, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by                  close by Alice Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wind River Range. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Ann Lake rules! Camping is available at Circle Up Camper Court Shop, and Ann Lake is right by the Whiskey Mountain Trail. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Wind River Range.
