You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Bighorn Mountains. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lake Angeline has to offer, you can camp at Circle Park Campground, and if the weather is brilliant, you can go for a hike along the Angeline Trail. High temperatures at Lake Angeline through the warmest time of the year are in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures       fall down into the 30's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are usually in the 20's with temperatures at Lake Angeline dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. Lake Angeline is generally a quite dried out place; April is the month that gets the most snow; the driest month is February. Be careful coming to Lake Angeline, you might not ever want to go home again. A good location for whitewater paddling next to Lake Angeline is Powder River -                  North Fork, and Sheridan-Days Inn is a good site to get some rest. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Bighorn Mountains. There's so much to do here at Lake Angeline that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Creek Campground is a good place for that. There are other places here than Lake Angeline, for example Upper Frozen Lake, and here at Lake Angeline you can catch a glimpse of Darton Peak. Lake Angeline is one of the lakes here in the Bighorn Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the pleasant whitewater of Tensleep Creek, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Solitude Trail. The Mistymoon Trail is a great hiking trail near Lake Angeline.
