This lake is located in the wonderful Laramie Mountains. Alvie Number One Reservoir is a nice location to camp, Tie City Campground is a nice location, and you don’t have to go far from Alvie Number One Reservoir to observe the water at Alvie Number One Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Horse Creek Trail, and Comfort Inn Laramie is a great place to get some rest.       That right there is a load already, but it keeps on going; Alvie Number One Reservoir has it all. Alvie Number One Reservoir is not far at all from Laramie. It is very dehydrated here at Alvie Number One Reservoir usually; July is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is January. Alvie Number One Reservoir is right by the Pole Mountain Trail, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn LARAMIE - UNIVERSITY OF WY is a fine site to                  spend a night or two. At Alvie Number One Reservoir all through the months of summer highs are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. During the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's; nighttime lows through the winter for Alvie Number One Reservoir tend to be in the 0's. Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the Laramie Mountains.
