What a nice lake Abosko Lake is. A glorious nearby hotel is The Sawmill Lodge, and do take a hike on the Roaring Fork Trail. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Green River, and Sawmill is a great site to get some rest. High temperatures at Abosko Lake through the days of summer are in the 80's while night lows are frequently in the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are usually in the 30's while Abosko Lake overnight

This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Triangle C Ranch Snowmobile, and hiking along the Union Pass Trail is brilliant fun. At Abosko Lake you don’t see much precipitation; the wettest month of the year is generally June, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors fun stuff the Wind River Range has to offer.
Rawhide Ranch is a fine campground here; why not take a refreshing hike along the Highline Trail. Having a splendid time in the Wind River Range is painless. Abosko Lake is located in the Wind River Range.
