If you haven’t been to Bluestone National Scenic River, you must schedule some time for it if you're here, and Country Inn And Suites By Carlson Beckley is a nice location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Blackhorn Branch is a good location to go to. Stay the night at Lake Stephens Campground, and since you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Beckley. At Wingrove Lake through the warm days of       summer highs are in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 60's. Through the winter the highs are commonly in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Wingrove Lake. Wingrove Lake mostly gets much precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly July, that's the one that rains the most; January on the other hand is the driest. Wingrove Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Lake Stephens is a good place                  to camp nearby, and in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Coal River - Marsh Fork. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Wingrove Lake. If you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites BECKLEY is a good choice; the summit of Irish Lick Knob can be distinguished from Wingrove Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Collins Fork Impoundment is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and Sandlick Creek is a good whitewater spot nearby.
