Don't leave Watoga Lake without first going for a hike along the Bear Pen Run Trail, and there's whitewater on Anthony Creek for all you thrill seekers. Watoga Lake is a pretty wet place ordinarily                  with lots of rainfall; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February. Summertime highs at Watoga Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Watoga Lake are in the 10's.
